Massachusetts Bankruptcy Attorney - Lisa K. Bruno


Attorney Lisa K. Bruno has 32 years of experience in the legal profession and concentrates her practice on bankruptcy, real estate, small business counseling and a variety of transactional matters.


Prior to forming the Consumer Bankruptcy Relief Center, Lisa was a solo practitioner in Boston. Previously, Lisa worked for 12 years in a general law practice in Cambridge, where she advised and advocated for clients in a range of areas, including divorce proceedings, workers’ compensation claims, insurance claims and real estate transactions.


Lisa is a graduate of Boston College Law School and received her B.A. in International Relations and Romance Languages from Mount Holyoke College. She is fluent in Italian and French and has a working knowledge of Spanish.


Attorney Michael T. Eramo has been a lawyer for 29 years and has focused on bankruptcy law since being admitted to the bar.  He established the Consumer Bankruptcy Relief Center with Attorney Bruno, with whom he has worked for over a decade.  Prior to that, he ran his own bankruptcy firm. Before practicing law, Michael spent 15 years in the newspaper industry, working as the head of marketing for a subsidiary of Dow Jones, Essex County Newspapers.


Michael is a graduate of the Massachusetts School of Law and received his B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College.
